The Bible often tells us what we need to do to live and love authentically (i.e. live in peace, love one another, press on), but does not necessarily tell us how to do it.  The Emotionally Healthy Spirituality Skills curriculum helps to address major issues that get in the way of loving effectively.  Each session is designed for you to learn new skills that enable you to put scripture into practice. While the material in this curriculum is unique and challenging, integrating them into your friendships, small group, family, workplace, neighborhood and church will transform both you and those surrounding you.
